Usually: It could cause periodontal (gum) problems, greater risk of decay, irritating your cheek, inability to close your mouth all the way, infection, etc. Have it evaluated to see if it needs to be removed. Better to schedule that on your own terms rather than waiting until it's a full blown emergency.

Yes: A wisdom tooth can be present at the age of 27.  The x-ray you had taken 13 months ago should not only show all the teeth, but the entire maxilla  (upper jaw) and mandible (lower jaw) structures.  Some wisdom teeth may not be visualized on x-rays unless all of the structures of the upper and lower jaws can be visualized.

Have them out: Most people's mouths are not big enough for all 32 teeth so we have our wisdom teeth removed. I suspect that the best course of action for you will be to have the other three removed as they come in. You should discuss this with your dentist at your next appointment.

My word, no!: You can do irreparable damage to your gums and supporting bone.  Please see your Dentist.  If uprighting the wisdom tooth is appropriate, you should be referred to an Orthodontist.  If removing the wisdom tooth is appropriate, you should be referred to an oral surgeon.  This isn't a DIY project.  Please get professional help.

i got 4 teeth out to make room for wisdom teeth  i woke up at 4 this moring and my wisdom tooth has come through but i'm in so much pain normal?

Wisdom teeth: You did not mention how long ago your other teeth were removed. In the us we seldom if ever remove other teeth to make room for wisdom teeth. No way to diagnose or know if it’s normal or problem w/o seeing you. Take otc pain meds and call your dentist in the morning.

i am missing a couple of teeth as they just never formed and a wisdom tooth filled that gap its been there for 3 months no issues is it okay to leave it in there permanently?

: If the teeth that never formed are 2nd molars (which is extremely rare) and the wisdom tooth erupted into that space, there should be no further issues. Have your dentist take a look at your next examination.
