Yes: A wisdom tooth can be present at the age of 27. The x-ray you had taken 13 months ago should not only show all the teeth, but the entire maxilla (upper jaw) and mandible (lower jaw) structures. Some wisdom teeth may not be visualized on x-rays unless all of the structures of the upper and lower jaws can be visualized.
