Depends: Vomiting after wisdom teeth removal places you in danger of losing the blood clot and creating pain (dry socket).  You are probably getting nausea due to the bad taste the surgery can create.  Best solution is to eat ice cream. Within the first 6 hours.  The next day, sip on warm tea.  These also help healing of the surgical areas.
