why does my wrist judder when doing wrist flexion exercise?

Not sure what u mean: I am not clear on what the word "jugger" means. If it means "shakes" then it may indicate that you are using too much weight. I am also not clear on the purpose of doing these wrist flexion exercises. I tend to stick with  functional exercises that come out of movements that are used in daily activities.

i had 1st interspinous ligament inflammation@ 5cm below c7. is it chronic? are exercise of forward/backward/side flexion, twist left/right sufficient?

Yes: However if your pain does not resolve after a few weeks, you may need to be evaluated to see if  treatment like prolotherapy or stem cell or prp therapy to strengthen and heal the injured ligaments.

i have a grade 2 mcl tear, and have been wearing a brace for 12 days. i'm unsure if i'm supposed to change the flexion at a certain point, how long i should sleep with the brace, or if there's exercises i should do at some point as well.

Call: Call the Physician that instructed you to wear the brace. You are right to ask rather than self-treat. The answer to your questions have to come from the practitioner who diagnosed your condition.

what are the best exercises to strenghten the vastis medialis without knee flexion in case if i have my patella dislocating or moving laterally?

VMO: Sit on chair with leg out and knee extended with toes pointed to the outside and lift leg. Ok to add ankle weights as you progress.

during pt after torn acl recon i felt pulling (same feeling as when my hamstring graft was taken) behind knee during flexion exercises.what can it be?

Irritation: Or inflammation if the harvest site and/or stress on ur remaining knee flexors that are now having to work harder

my lower back was extremely sore a few weeks ago after training in the swimming pool. for 2 weeks, i took short walks but didn't swim or exercise. the pain doesn't go away and remains at the same level. i cannot bear flexions or tilts of any kind?

: You may take acetaminophen for the pain, no more than 4 g/day, no alcohol. Keep up your physical activity as tolerated. If you can exercise, any exercise, that leads to mild sweating, it will strengthen the muscle and improve flexibility.
Drink enough water so your urine is mostly colorless.

Bend: Flexion is a joint motion. The exact motion depends on the joint.

Wrist: with palm down, in direction of palm
elbow: up towards face
shoulder: in front of body
ankle: down like pushing gas pedal
knee: bending
hip: lifting knee towards chest.

how long until i return back to basketball? each dribble hurts with the flexion "aspect."  it has been 3 weeks and 1 day. when will i be better?

What happened?: You do not say what injury you had.  But obviously if you still have pain with every dribble, you have a ways to go before you're ready to return.  Ask your doc when you can expect to return to play.  Tell us what happened, and maybe we can give you some idea of a time frame for healing.

Yes: Bending, lifting and twisting all load the discs and can injure or reinjure them.

what is difference between plantar flexion and dorsiflexion?

Movement of toes: What direction the toes are moving when heel to little toe is gently scorched, if big toe an dother toes moves towards  sole it is normal plantar flexion  if moves towards top part of foot it is dorsiflexion . It one of the test to asses the intact  spinal cord.
