Yes: The stress of surgery can cause irregular periods for a cycle or two. They should then go back to your normal. If they don't then get checked.

Ruptured Cyst: Pain during or after your period with a ruptured ovarian cyst is not an uncommon occurrence. It is more than likely that your ovaries are not damaged. However, if the pain is getting worse or you notice abnormal bleeding it would be best to be evaluated by your gynecologist.

No reason to wait: Ruptured ovarian cysts are common and really do not impact the ability to get pregnant - unless you have a condition called polycystic ovarian syndrome, in which fertility is a huge problem. In general if things are going well, the most likely time to get pregnant is about 2 weeks before your period which is when ovulation most commonly happens. Bleeding from the cyst may confuse timing.

No but related: Cysts can persist if one is not regularly ovulating which can also throw off your cycle regularity.  If you do not get your period in another 4 days, take a pregnancy test.

No and  No: Symptomatic ovarian cyst rupture is extremely common.  In fact, many women can feel when they ovulate - this is the same thing - rupture of a cyst and release of an egg.  Sometimes, this cyst can bleed and is likely what you are referring to.  The ovary will heal and there are no lasting effects of these events.

i had a hemorrhagic ovarian cyst rupture last week and i ended up in the hospital from excruciating pain.  its been 5 days, but im due for my period within the next 5 days and im starting to have cramps. can i used tampons once i get my period?

If a cyst ruptures, you would usually feel severe pelvic pain especially on one side more than the other, and you may have nausea, lightheadedness, or just generally not feel well. If you think that has happened, you may want to go to the ER because there can be internal bleeding.

Hard to follow: Your question is a little bit hard to follow. Slight variation from month to month in cycle length is common. One month lasting 5 days and another month lasting 7 is not a cause for concern. Ovarian cysts are common but  If you have multiple cysts rupturing then that should be evaluated by an Obgyn. Birth control could help provide better cycle control
