Tachycardia: "Tachycardia" means rapid heart rate. Any stress will make your heart beat fast: fear, anxiety, pain, anger, walking, lifting your arms, standing up. Also: fever, anemia, XS thyroid, infection, pregnancy, and many many other conditions as well. The underlying cause should be addressed if you are concerned.

What you have asked: does not make sense. Sinus tachycardia means that the heart rate is greater than 120 BPM and the mechanism for activation is coming from the sinus node. You cannot have a normal heart rate and heart racing at the same time. You can have palpitations or feel like your heart is racing but if your heart rate is normal than what you are feeling is not your heart.

or it could be complicated and with consequences,
like atrial fibrillation could cause a clots to the vital organs in the body like brain with stroke or kidney or guts.
or it could be a bad tachycardia that could lead to fibrillation and cardiac arrest.

Unlikely: Maximum HR is age related. At your age, 180 can be due to sinus tachy but only with reason eg, strenuous exercise, severe pain, anxiety thyroid XS or infection. More likely you have supraventricular tachycardia, a common but pathological condition.  Your doctor will discuss treatment options. Meanwhile avoid nicotine, caffeine, alcohol, pseudoephedrine, and recreational drugs.
