Q: amylase serum is normal 96 (ref <101 units/l) amylase urine is 27 (ref 0 - 15 units/hr). why would urine's elevated and not serum? i have no symptoms, mrcp, ct scan all normal.

Lab error?: If everything else is normal, could be lab error. Or could be the urine lags the serum. The serum might have been high and now the urine is high. The serum is now back to normal and the urine will follow.

Q: urine test found blood and protain done ultasound and ct scan result normal still found visible blood on my urine?

Bloody urine: You must identify where the blood is coming from.Keep going back to your doctor until the source is found.

Q: scattered sub centimeter hypodensities" found on kidneys during ct scan for unintentional wt loss. no urine testing done. possible concern/followup?

Cysts?: I presume that there was nothing to explain your weight loss other than the kidneys. These hypo densities sound non-specific. They may be early cyst formation or prominent renal pyramides but they do not sound worrisome at this time

Stool studies: Would recommend stool studies. If negative, a gastroenterology consult with consideration for colonoscopy should help.

It : It depends on the size and characteristics of the adrenal mass and any symptoms you may have from the mass.  Larger adrenal tumors should be evaluated and often removed.  Smaller masses that have characteristics of a benign (non-cancerous) adenoma on ct scan are often observed, but may be removed if they produce abnormal amounts of hormones.  Functional adrenal adenomas can cause high blood pressure, which can be reversible if the adrenal mass is removed.  If you are concerned, you should get a second opinion.

CT scan of what?: If there is blood in your urine, it would be prudent to see a kidney doctor, a nephrologist. A negative CT scan of the head does not rule out kidney or lower urinary tract lesions.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

increased urine output? i did have a ct scan of my chest yesterday, i heard that the dye can cause increase urine the day after.  is this true?

We'll sort of: the older X-ray dyes or contrast media were hypertonic and did cause a dieresis. Urine output would go up. The newer nonionic media might cause a slight increase. It is still advised to drink water afterward to flush those hardworking kidneys

Probably cysto: Cystoscopy. The complete workup for hematuria includes cystoscopy. Ct is good, but a direct look is always better.

Wave pain: I have no idea what wave pain is, but if the back pain is persistent wyou need to see a neurologist, rule out pancreatic issues, and recheck kidneys.

Yes, but as a "void": (No pun intended). The bladder, if filled with water, would have shown up on the noncontrast CT scan. The water appears "black", &amp; so not much detail would have been seen there unless a large "white" stone was also present. As with any test, a "normal" scan could be a false negative (missing a small stone or other problem), but in general, a negative scan is reassuring. Best of luck for your healt
