Medical check up?: Any mole that has scales or appears dry and irritated should be examined by a physician. If it is a brown or black lesion, look at its borders. If it is changing in size or color or gets elevated, these are signs of concern as a mole can turn into a melanoma in which case it has to be removed before it gets out of control. Get a medical check to be sure.

ive had a few 2mm moles on my arm right next to each other sometimes get what seems like eczema on them. had this before on a different tiny mole. moisturizing cream for a few days clears it up. eczema patches on arm as well cause? meyerson nevus?

Likely just eczema: Any mole that changes from time to time should be examined by a dermatologist, but it sounds like you have dry skin or generalized eczema on your arms and then sometimes get it on top of the moles as well.  A Meyerson nevus does get an eczema type reaction, but more likely to be a halo type around the mole and larger, over 1 cm. Routine use of lotion is a must for those with eczema or atopic derm.

No: They won't touch them. You can have a nasty-looking one removed surgically for treatment and/or diagnosis.

Penis and Skin: It is very common for men who are going to develop psoriasis to have this start on their penis first.  The other common problem that could be what you describe is a yeast infection. I would get to your family doctor to see if this is indeed psoriasis.

used retin a (tretinoin) twice on penis head...skin burned, reddish and sore patches. applying vaseline, moisturizer for 3 days. can i apply betnovate ointment?

Stop: I have no idea why you want to put Retin A (tretinoin) on your penis head since there is no wrinkle there. If anything, try topical hydrocortisone for a few days to calm the inflammation down (I presume however that Betnovate is a brand of cortisone containing betamethasone . If so, it is ok to use it once a day for 3-4 days but no more).

i accidentally used shampoo (head and shoulders) on my scrotum, thinking it was moisturizer. i left it on overnight and woke up burning. does not appear to be blistering but is very painful. im obviously not wanting to see a doctor lol. burn creams?

: irritant dermatitis....can try aveeno oatmeal baths. it's an otc product available in most pharmacies. If not better in day or 2, would see dermatologist for dx and tx.

i had a tiny light brown mole in the web of my finger and now i don't really see it anymore. can moles just disappear?

Yes, spontaneous: involution is common.  Even malignant melanomas can do this.  If your mole is completely gone, you should not be overly concerned.

on my leg i have a brown dark mole that lightens out becoming red then disappear then some time later appear again. could it be bad?
