Hard work!: Seriously!  strenuous intense exercise can increase testosterone. Shedding body fat via exercise does this since fat converts testosterone into Estradiol (female hormone) which then shuts down testosterone production. So less body fat allows for more t production. Of course, this is a bit of the chicken & egg conundrum.

Why is it low?: Before you can fix it, you need to diagnose it. Either your testicles aren't working or your brain is not asking your testicles to work. There is medication for all of that. Time to call your family doctor. If you family doctor does not know how to help you, then ask for the name of another doctor that can help you.

Maybe (not) . . .: Many variables to consider. How high is your current testosterone level? If it's already "normal", more won't necessarily increase "mass". Speaking of which, what "mass" are you hoping to grow? Assuming muscle, you also need to accompany your increased testosterone w/adequate nutrition as well as exercise. Bumping up your T then sitting in your recliner won't do anything for body composition.

Pay attention to nutrition &amp; exercise instead. Goal = function, not T.
