Sudden rosacea: Some still think rosacea is gradual, but there are many for whom it is sudden. I'll give a link. Causes can include too various damaging things like sun tanning, harsh washing, spicy food, etc. Seek a doctor with significant experience in rosacea.

Yes: Drink 8 glasses of clean fresh water a day. Your cerebral vessels will thank you as will your liver, kidneys and several other important body parts.

If people: Are dehydrated, veins are collapsed.  But you might have tiny veins to begin with.

: It means you are with drawing from alcohol and suggests you are addicted to it. Seek help locally.  Blood shot eyes usually last longer than 1-2 min. Tearing up may mean you are very sad and depressed. See help now. Alcoholic Anon is good.

Neither: The agents you mentioned are not commonly used in vein centers/dermatologists' office.  Sclerotherapy using detergents such as polidocanol, sotradecol, and glycerin is the preferred treatment.  Some lasers, ipl are used in sv which are very small, telangiectacic matting.

Nothing conclusive: There is no conclusive evidence to suggest apple cider vinegar is helpful in getting rid of varicose veins. If anything there have been a number of reports of skin burns that result in using apple cider vinegar inappropriately. I would seriously consult a dermatologist before you decide to self-treat. I would also consult a vascular surgeon regarding your varicose vein issues.

No evidence: I don't believe there is any credible evidence that cypress essential oil or apple cider vinegar would yield any significant benefit. Laser treatment for facial veins and sclerotherapy for leg veins are the gold standards, with lots of evidence of success and low risk when properly performed.

Avoid trauma: to the area.  Use petroleum based emollient topically and humidifier in your room.  If this does not help, see a doctor for more accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.  Certain medications and hereditary disorders can also predispose you to easy bleeding.

Less Vit A intake? : Since Vit A excess CAN cause increased intracranial and introcular pressures, I would recommend to stay away from any Vit A sources for a while, which includes carrot juice, ask your doctor for the timetable on this restriction, and other foods, such as liver, sweet potato, squash, apricots, and cantaloupe

No: A search for a natural cure for "clogged" vessels is an ongoing one. Many have claimed to be effective, but none has proved to be so. I am afraid you will run into a big disappointment trying to find one if you press so.
