A neurologist would be an excellent choice and would add that an otolaryngologist could provide audiological/ vestibular testing which could perhaps sort things out.  Persevere to uncover what is etiology.

A few thoughts: The usual answer is surgery, such as laminectomy or fusion or various pain medications.In my practice, I find that treating the peripheral nerves with neuroprolotherapy (NPT) is more effective.Though most drs. attribute the pain to the spondylosis (bony overgrowth), the pain is often due to swollen nerves (dorsal rami, for instance).NPT reduces the swelling &amp; pain for some people.

Quick exam: The pains on your neck and back are likely from the c-spine problem. The ear problem could be, but presumptive diagnosis without proof would be wrong. Go to your doctor and a quick look at your ear and an examination of your spine and movements can help your md make proper dx, or more exam and referral if needed..

Very general: Spondylosis is a very general diagnosis and at your age would not be that significant.  If your pain is traveling down one or both arms and there is weakness, the next step is a MRI scan.  Most neck pain will resolve in time and with conservative care.  If you have had the problem for more than a few months and it is not improving then you need to see a specialist for a more specific diagnosis.
