Psoriasis: Stay away from any harsh things on the skin. Topical Hydrocortisone may help as well as some sun exposure. Many times psoriasis will require prescription medications if you have already been diagnosed with it by your doctor.

No: The lysine was ok, but works much better when swallowed.  The acid in the vinegar reacted with the baking soda, foaming up and releasing carbon dioxide.  Just stick with swallowing the lysine.

Yes: That is perfectly fine to do.  You can also take an antihistamine like Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or claritin.

OK but raw better: It is OK but you will probably get more benefits from a raw organic form; apples have a lot of pesticides and Cornwell is pasteurized so does not have probiotic benefits; raw organic ACV is widely available and inexpensive so why not get it?

It's many uses include treating heartburn, many infections (like sinus, ear and yeast infections), acne and other skin conditions. It may help treat diabetes, hypertension and high cholesterol.
