Many: Bromocriptine is another drug that is used to treating prolactinoma. Pergolide and quinagolide are two other drugs for prolactinoma but they are not/no longer available in the US.  Transphenoidal surgery and radiation are other treatment options for prolactinoma but only if the drugs above do not effectively treat the disorder.  Medication is the treatment of choice for prolactinoma.

Morning dosing .: Zoloft is a serotonin increasing agent, via the blockade of transporters in the nerve nets that remove it from the synapse.  Also it does this to a lesser extent with dopamine, thus increasing that neurotransmitter. The GI tract is heavily innervated by serotonin and many people develop diarrhea or other GI symptoms from it. Also taking it at night is a bad idea due to increased dopamine.

Medications: It is not surprising to have these side effects. If both medications were started at same time then consider contacting your doctor to make them aware of this. This side effect may get better in a few days or your doctor may decide to hold one of the medications and continue with the other to give the body time to adjust. Do not make changes without consulting your physician.

Most likely Vyvanse: Vyvanse is a prodrug that is metabolized into amphetamine by its passage through the liver (its chemical name is lisdexamfetamine), so it is not unusual.  Wellbutrin is also a very similar molecule to amphetamine, but I am not sure whether it would show up as a positive in a hair follicle test.

Discuss this with: your psychiatrist. Make sure you are being monitored for side effects (precipitation of mania if you are bipolar, serotonergic syndrome, and seizures). Do not abruptly discontinue medications without consulting your psychiatrist.
