Strain?: It sounds from your description like you may have strained the muscles in and around your abdomen if the pain is only occurring when you are doing anything physical.This,similar to any other kind of muscular strain, should improve over the next several days,but ibuprofen or naproxen plus heat to the area *may* help.If the pain lasts much longer than a week or more, see your doc for further help.

It is likely just: a muscle strain from the force of the sneeze. Now it is irritated each time you repeat. Potentially you could have an intraabdominal organ issue (splenic bruise or rupture) but you would be a lot sicker and the pain would not resolve easily. It will most likely resolve in a few days when you stop sneezing. If you or it get worse go and get checked out by a health care professional.

Yes it could: Yes, it could be a muscle pain.  However, if it persists, start looking for other possible causes, including a lumbar disc irrigating the nerve root, or even a less likely urine back flow (reflux) to the kidney.

Stomach lump: Does the stomach lump reduce after awhile? You may possibly have a ventral hernia in which you force bowel or omentum to be forced into this opening.  You should see a general surgeon for evaluation.

One theory: If you have an underlying neck or back problem such as a herniated disc, sudden movements such as sneezing or coughing can potentially cause the disc to exert pressure at the nerve and cause pain. A forceful sneeze could certainly cause a temporary pull/strain in the muscle as well.
