Strain?: It sounds from your description like you may have strained the muscles in and around your abdomen if the pain is only occurring when you are doing anything physical.This,similar to any other kind of muscular strain, should improve over the next several days,but ibuprofen or naproxen plus heat to the area *may* help.If the pain lasts much longer than a week or more, see your doc for further help.
