On my cheeks: You may be unconsciously biting your cheeks which also irritate minor salivary glands where the ducts get blocked and cause the formation of mucoceles (mucous retention cysts) that are harmless. However, we cannot diagnose this over the internet, sight unseen. You will need to see a dentist to confirm my suspicions as there are other possibilities, some of which require treatment.

why is there peeling inside of my mouth in the morning when i wake up sometimes? the peeling doesnt hurt?

Not sure: I have seen in past that too much acidy foods or even virus's can cause such a condition. Usually harmless and self limiting. I don't really remember but could be related to hormone levels. You didn't mention whether it is the same or how long. Hope that helps.

i have this weird skin that is peeling off on the inside of my mouth. i've used crest and colgate all my life. started 6 months ago and every day.help?

Oral lesion: Is it inside the mouth? Inside the mouth we don't have skin, only mucosas. If you have something inside the mouth peeling off show it to either a dental surgeon or an ent. Could be mucocele, leukoplaquia, cancer, or other serious lesion.  6 month is too much.

You : You did not mention how old you are, and if you have any medical conditions or medications you are taking or if you are on any antibiotics.

This type of diagnosis is best done in person, by a dentist or oral surgeon in your community who can take a full medical history, diagnose your problem, and recommend approproate treatment.

Sensitivity: It is more likely a sensitivity to an ingredient(s) vs. an allergic reaction. Have you changed toothpastes or mouth rinses in the last 3 months? Often less is more when trying to figure this out. Try switching to a basic, no frills toothpaste/mouth rinse. Often this type of reaction is due to a chemical sensitivity to a flavoring, whitening, or tartar control agent. If no change see your dentist.

i gave brief, 10 second oral sex tonight to another male of unknown hsv-2 status. the other male did not ejaculate; however, i have a burn on the inside of my mouth that possibly caused the skin to peel a bit. should i be worried about getting hsv-2?

: There is a possibility as there may have been pre-ejaculation fluid and one can shed HSV even without lesions. . There is also a possibility of HIV as the skin peeled. Would follow up with MD/ STD clinic today  for HIV testing/ PreP  Please practice safe sex.

Good Question: Do you ever put anything in your mouth (not being funny) but otc or prescription oral medications? Do you get swelling or sores or painful/non-painful lesions in your mouth? Maybe you should see your ENT to have them examine your mouth thoroughly. Read about aphthous ulcers.

Normal: Hard, rough or sharp food and candy can commonly cause small tears on the roof of the mouth.

Desquamation: It happens after pizza because you likely burned it, and any noxious substance can cause the hard palae mucosa to renew itself.  If it stays raw, ask your dentist or seek an ENT doc to assess.

Of course: There is no part of the human body that is intended to be rubbed constantly, or can tolerate constant rubbing, without causing damage. The feet are rugged, and develop thicker skin in response to constant walking on bare feet... and thus are probably the only parts of the body that can withstand constant friction. However, even feet can eventually be damaged.
