It hapens: But when it does I want to see the kid in the office for an evaluation and some tests. It could be simple fainting or it could be a heart rhythm issue. There are other possibilities to (some faint if they pee), but it needs to be sorted out.

Vomiting: in a child can be caused by many things: acute infections, toxin from food poisoning,  bowel obstruction and appendicitis, to name of few.    Most common is a viral gastroenteritis which often starts with vomiting and then may progress to acute diarrhea.  If vomiting persists more than 12 hours, he should be evaluated by his doctor or urgent care.

: Once the idea of leukemia is raised, it is best to seek medical attention, a history, physical and laboratory evaluation, to be able to reassure.  Most symptoms are not specific to a particular disease, and not all symptoms are found in any given disease.  Best wishes.

: Yes, such symptoms are typically seen in leukemias, however other conditions remain possible as well and leukemia is not as common as other medical conditions. Best would be to initiate work up through her pediatrician.
