my lower left stomach hurts to touch or press on. goes down pretty low. haven't been eating a lot and not using the restroom. what could this be?

LLQ pain: Pain in the left lower quadrant (lower belly on your left side) can be from constipation or food intolerance, more rarely from foodborne infection or diverticulitis.  In women, ovary pain or UTI can cause LLQ pain.  If fever, vomiting or diarrhea occur and persist, a doctor has to check this.  If signs are mild, it&#x27;s important to drink plenty of fluid and eat foods that contain some fiber.

i was doing too many crunches daily. now my stomach hurts upper, every time i lay down. could it be the crunches?

Could be.: If you're saying you went from no abdominal exercise to doing too many crunches, then it could be that your upper abdominal musculature is strained, and stretching them while lying down increases the discomfort.  If so, this could really take a week or so to resolve.  Stop doing the crunches for now, and if pain persists then see doctor for entertainment of other possibilities.

See a doctor: Sometimes gallbladder disease can cause this.  If so, it will get worse over time.  See a doctor to evaluate and treat it if necessary.

i just hit the back of my head pretty hard on the wall when i went to lay down. i don't have a massive headache my stomach hurts a little. am i ok?

Headache: Probably a mild concussion an d it should resolve. However if the headache persists or gets worse or if you have visual changes or start vomiting or get increasingly drowsy  go  immediatelly to an er.

Stomach pain: This sounds like gastritis or gastroesophageal  reflux. Review with your MD and consider a trial of medication or a scope to look at your esophagus and stomach. Eat a bland diet and stay away from foods that cause gas. All the best.

See a doctor: This is an urgent issue.  There are a number of causes of what you describe, and most of them are serious enough to warrant an urgent visit to a physician.

Abdominal : Abdominal pain elicited by palpation and related to meals could reflect possible peptic ulcer among other things. It would be wise to have your physician obtain a thorough history and exam and decide on a proper course of treatment or appropriate referal to a GI doctor if deemed necessary. For now, at least, try to avoid spicy, acidic, and heavily seasoned foods; don't eat large or bulky foods within several hours of lying down; cut down on foods or drink high in caffeine content ( coffee, tea, cola, chocolate, mountain dew, etc.). If not medically contraindicated with the meds your on (check with pharmacist) you may want to consider Prilosec otc while your waiting to see your doctor.

stomach hurts but its gotten big but i am no longer on my period. i don't know why its not going down ; because i excerise every day. any ideas?

Seek healthcare: This is not normal and needs to be evaluated by a healthcare provider. While it may be entirely innocent, prolonged abdominal pain and distention can be signs of something more serious.
