LLQ pain: Pain in the left lower quadrant (lower belly on your left side) can be from constipation or food intolerance, more rarely from foodborne infection or diverticulitis. In women, ovary pain or UTI can cause LLQ pain. If fever, vomiting or diarrhea occur and persist, a doctor has to check this. If signs are mild, it's important to drink plenty of fluid and eat foods that contain some fiber.
