Get a check up: You could have an over active thyroid or some other metabolic problem that needs to be addressed .Dont hesitate to go in.

See your doctor: It is impossible to know why you are fatigued without more information. It could be so many things-sleep quantity/quality, diet, iron level, hormone imbalance, infection, depression, just to name a few. Please see your gp for further evaluation.

is b-12 good to take if your tired and don't have a whole lot of energy? will it hurt you at all?  what are reasons not to take it and too much?

Probably not: Unlikely that a healthy 28 yo is B12 deficient, thus any impact on energy would be attributed to a placebo effect.  Should not be harmful as B12 is ineffeciently absorbed.

Get a check up: Some possible causes are poor nutrition, lack of sleep, lack of exercise, drugs, alcohol, anemia, allergies, stress, anxiety  and depression. I suggest seeing your Family Doctor for a check-up.

i'm sinking in quicksand w/ my life personally & professionally. i've rebuilt my life 3 times & don't have the mental/physical energy. i hate myself.

Psychiatrist: I feel that you should consult a psychiatrist for evaluation and treatment as your symptoms sound quite overwhelming and you're obviously unable to cope or deal with them without professional help which could include medication,psychotherapy and stress management.

Have fun: If you find it hard to start exercising, try to find something you would enjoy.  Also, try doing it with a friend.  It should be an activity that you would enjoy rather then a job you dread.  Thank you for your question.
