Arava (leflunomide): Could cause diarrhea and weight loss, Prednisone should not be taking chronically unless indicated. Avoid anti-inflammatories, you may have pre-ulcer, and that has to be checked. Also, you may be ready for changes in your treatment.

The diagnosis is often a clinical one and antibiotics will be prescribed. See your Doctor.
