Probably not but...: I know of no evidence that zeolie can damage artificial valves. Based on my understanding of its size ; how it works i believe this would be very unlikely. However, like many supplements, there has been very little research on the safety ; effectiveness of liquid zeolite. : The way the wording is used I feel they consider the findings present but minimal. Surgery is not an obvious choice, since the surgical approach would be to replace the valve. The wording does not suggest an immediate need for any treatment for the findings. Maybe if it worsened a few years or decades in the future, it would be an available option.

: More details are needed to answer this question. A fib   tends to results from several possible reasons. One is an enlarged left atrium which can be a result of many things such as aortic regurgitation.

Depends where: An extruding disc in the neck or chest can be a potential risk.  An extruding disc in the low back will not.  Discs dry up and shrink with time, and the risk decreases.  The major risk is pressure on nerve roots with pain.  Pressure on the spinal cord is very rare.
