Regurgitation ++: Triicuspid regurgitation, ascites, edema and enlarged liver. It will lead to right sided chf.

Leaking valve: A rupture of the chordae tendinae of the mitral valve would result in severe leakage so that blood would flow backwards into the left atrium when the ventricle contracts. This would lead to shortness of breath. Fortunately, that is fairly rare.
