Briefly: Unfortunately in advanced cases, masses or fluid can put pressure on the abdominal & pelvic cavity and also exert pressure on the stomach causing bloating, early satiety & reflux type symptoms. Rarely cancer can affect the stomach & ovaries at the same time.

Heartburn: Your frequent heartburn should be fully evaluated and treated by a gastroenterologist. I assume the connection between heartburn and ovarian cancer would pertain to advanced cases where abdominal distension and bloating have occurred. A gynecologist or an oncologist,having much more experience with ovarian cancer,  would be more qualified to answer your question,however.

You mean obesity ?: At 23  ovarian cancer is rare , if that is in your mind go for follow up , request for pelvic sonogram , mean while don't eat junk food , cut calories , eat healthy diet , and join a gym , and exercises regularly to loose 1 lb of fat you need to burn 3500 cal  now calculate how much fat you want to burn. Mile brisk walk you spent only 100 cal.

Not usually: The ovaries are closer to you groin and not likely to refer pain to the tail bone. There are exceptions such as metastatic disease that directly effects the tail bone or causes irritation to the nerves that lead to the tailbone.

Menses (periods): Are caused by pitutary driving ovaries to produce estrogen, and then develop eggs to burst from ovary for fertilization.  Uterine lining builds with estrogen stimulation, when estrogen stops, the linig shed.  This does not necessarily change with an ovarian cancer on either side.

: In the several patients I've seen with ovarian cancer this has not been a featured symptom or presenting symptom. A lower urinary tract infection or urethral irritation/inflammation are the usual causes of burning on urination. Pelvic discomfort and abdominal distension are common symptoms of ovarian cancer though.

Spread inside the be: Ovarian cancer tends to spread all over the intestines , leading to their normal movement and normal functions. This is reflected in any form of digestive symptoms. There may also be fluid collection around the intestines which also interferes with their normal motility and digestive functions.

Fluid or ascites: Ovarian cancer is notorious for making fluid in the belly by irritating the lining of the organs ( its like a cling wrap around the organs-known as peritoneum). As the cancer grows, there is more fluid which presses on the stomach and other organs  and gives a feeling of bloating and early satiety.
