Hiatal hernia?: What's in the salad? What is the portion size?  Dressing? Other food?  Beverage? Eating under stressful circumstances? Might have some of your stomach in your chest-hiatal hernia. Some stomach pops up above diaphragm , can be uncomfortable. Could;d be other things too, including ulcer, mass. Talk to your doctor.

my tummy hurts after eating. i get the runs & feel nauseated. this has been going on for a year. my overall health is great. i tried gluten free diet?

My tummy hurts: You may possibly have irritable bowel syndrome (ibs) or lactose intolerance. If your runs are related to period of stress it could be ibs.  Are you usually uptight?
Lactose intolerance can be easily ruled out by eliminating milk and dairy products from the diet for 2 weeks.
If this doesn't help see your doctor.

had an appendectomy 2.5 weeks ago. did heavy lifting 2 days ago; now abdomen hurts. more pain plus gas and bloating after eating now. should i worry?

Probably not but....: If you are passing gas and having bowel movements that is reassuring but in anyone with recent surgery who finds themselves suddenly having worsening abdominal pain it would be prudent to see their primary care provider or general surgeon who did the surgery if the pain worsens or persists.

had a bowl of beans meal with chopped onions and garlic. soon after eating it started feeling a little pain in left side of lower abdomen near kidney.woke up at night the whole back hurts and moving hurts a lot. what could that be?

: "Chopped onions and garlic" can cause colon discomfort as the ingredients can stimulate more rapid passage of food.  If the discomfort continues, see your physician for an exam and referral if necessary.

See answer: Dyspepsia(indigestion) can be due to various causes, ranging from GERD to peptic ulcer disease,  gastritis and H.pylori infection. A large number of patients with indigestion +/- pain have non-ulcer dyspepsia which is the term used when all tests are normal and no other cause is apparent. It is expected.: Those are expected adverse effects, Tolerance might come with time. Using a proton pump inhibitor might help you out. If you take it, remember to take it with an empty stomach one hour before breakfast.
However, I am concerned as to why would you start low dose aspirin. Talk to your doctor to make sure there is a clear indication for you to take it.

Gastritis: Meals cause secretion of stomach acid, and if your stomach lining is inflamed (gastritis) or you have reflux into the esophagus (reflux esophagitis) you may have discomfort. It is also possible that you have a stomach ulcer. More remote possibilities include gallstones or pancreatitis. I would suggest seeing your primary care doc or a gastroenterologist.

Abdominal discomfort: It is unusual for over-the-counter antacids to cause abdominal pain. It would probably be more likely that the discomfort is baseline pain, which caused you to take the antacid in the first place, and that the antacid was just not successful in treating it. If your symptoms persist, you should see your doctor.

Why eat them then?: Specific food intolerances are common, but I can also think of lots of reasons why you may be experiencing an adverse reaction to a particular food or food group. My answer however becomes quite different if  your stomach pain is limited to Cheetos or is generalized to other ingestants.
