why does my stomach hurt after eating cheetos?

Why eat them then?: Specific food intolerances are common, but I can also think of lots of reasons why you may be experiencing an adverse reaction to a particular food or food group. My answer however becomes quite different if your stomach pain is limited to Cheetos or is generalized to other ingestants.

Lots of causes: Assuming you mean drinking alcohol, can be reflux into esophagus, inflammation of esophagus, inflammation of stomach, ulcers, less likely pancreatic issues.
If you are eating pizza with your beer, could be gallbladder issues as well. Could even be celiac sprue (gluten/wheat/rye/barley intolerance)other causes as well.
See your doc, find out.

Gastritis?: Alcohol can irritate the stomach and cause a gastritis (inflammation of the stomach). Alcohol also worsen ulcer disease. Avoidance of alcohol is the best treatment. If there is pain even when not drinking, you need evaluation by your doctor.

Gastritis: Meals cause secretion of stomach acid, and if your stomach lining is inflamed (gastritis) or you have reflux into the esophagus (reflux esophagitis) you may have discomfort. It is also possible that you have a stomach ulcer. More remote possibilities include gallstones or pancreatitis. I would suggest seeing your primary care doc or a gastroenterologist.
