Hiatal hernia?: What's in the salad? What is the portion size? Dressing? Other food? Beverage? Eating under stressful circumstances? Might have some of your stomach in your chest-hiatal hernia. Some stomach pops up above diaphragm , can be uncomfortable. Could;d be other things too, including ulcer, mass. Talk to your doctor.
