Not sure: Not sure why this would happen.  Could be gas introduced at the time of intercourse or could be coincidental.  Is this with vaginal sex or anal?  Would discuss with your GYN before you get married.

Maybe: A urine pregnancy test, done correctly, gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon, and thus lead to a repeat test. If a woman gets her normal regular period, then she is not pregnant, and a test is not needed.

Dont do it: You may be swallowing air from all the eating and drinking. Eat and drink in moderation. Eathing and drinking alot is not good for blood sugar and Insulin levels either. I suggest moderation, variety and balance.

: Firstly get a second opinion on your diagnosis. If you truly do have this then eating on an unemptied stomach can give this feeling. Also please chew well and eat slowly and with mouth closed. If not better ask your GI doc for what she/he recommends next
