Seek urgent care!: Sounds quite concerning. Could be pancreatitis, kidney stones or something else in the back or abdomen. Not to mention one shouldn't be drinking alcohol when pregnant. Please seek urgent medical attention.

: Sounds as though it is possible that you may have urethritis or a UTI. You should be checked out by your primary care doctor to be tested for those and to see if any other problems are present. Good luck.

can i drink alcohol after a ct scan with iv contrast? i am nervous it will affect my kidneys

No: Alcohol is toxic to living tissues (we humans happen to be a complex glob of living tissues). Even moderate drinking is too much alcohol. Also, a person with IV contrast in her blood doesn't need any additional, voluntary toxins in her body. It's much safer to drink water or green tea, neither of which contain calories nor alcohol... and wait for the body to recover from the stress of IV contrast.

dull cramp pain on right flank. ultrasound found 17mm cyst in liver fam doc said its nothing serious. i forgot to ask more questions, could the cyst be the cause of the dull pain? can i drink alcohol?

Liver cysts: Are quite common and usually not a worry, nor do they cause pain. Alcohol consumption should always be in moderation regardless of any underlying medical problems. If your liver is also enlarged that may cause pain on your right upper side. Your family doctor is probably just communicating the benign report your ultrasound. If pain persists your doctor may recommend ct scan which is more sensitive.

Hard to say: but the fact that you have kept drinking despite the fact that your back hurts when you drink tells me that I should be concerned that you may have an alcohol problem. It could be inflammation of your pancreas, stomach, duodenum or a problem with your gallbladder. I strongly suggest STOPPING drinking until you get a diagnosis, and see your doctor for a full evaluation.

Avoid alcohol: These are uncommon effects of alcohol, however may be an adverse reaction. I do not understand how alcohol would cause joint clicking, but if you are having lower back pain it could mean you are not able to tolerate any alcohol. Unfortunately, alcohol has been linked to pancreatitis and nausea and vomiting. You should avoid it completely due to these risks and symptoms.

You : You may be dealing with something as simple as dehydration and/or vitamin deficiency, most likely potassium. I recommend you stay hydrated(with water or gatorade), especially before drinking alcohol. Also try taking a daily multivitamin. 
When the ache occurs try eating a banana or drink some coconut water, both are high in potassium, and may help alleviate your symptoms.
You may also consider scheduling your annual history and physical with your doctor,  in order to assure you are not suffering from any underlying illnesses.

How much are you: Drinking?  Diffuse muscle and bone aches can be seen with severe hangover after very heavy drinking.  Alcohol can cause muscle inflammation (myositis) which can feel like bone pain. Alcohol can reduce vitamin d and calcium absorption and cause an increase in bone fractures with injury.  You need to consider reducing alcohol intake and seeing your doctor for an evaluation.

And yet you keep: drinking?  Hmmmm, wonder what that means.  Alcohol burns any mucosal surface you put it on - if you have ever put rubbing alcohol on a cut and it burns like crazy, that is what ethyl alcohol is also potentially doing to your stomach - causes esophagitis, gastritis and duodenitis and can worsen ulcers as well.  It also can inflame the liver and pancreas. STOP DRINKING and see your doctor for eval.
