Probably: Strained muscle.   Rest ice and ibuprofen.  Should feel better in a few days.  If continue with pain talk to your doctor.

See your doctor: Your symptoms are very nonspecific, so no one can give a definitive answer from them.  Your best bet would be to see your doctor, who can take a complete history, do a physical exam and maybe get some tests done to start the workup, then start the treatment.

what could cause left pec area to swell up randomly? there's no pain or discoloration or soreness, and i don't feel sick at all. just some swelling.

Reversible: problems are a different category than problems that come and stay. Furthermore, there isn't that much there at the pecs. Certainly muscle swelling can occur with exercise and hard, usually tender. Breast tissue, even in a man can change, but it would be a very small area (and soft).cannot say in your particular case, but generally,reversible problems aren't that serious esp. if not increasing.

Culture: Get the discharge cultured. It may not be another gonnorrhea infection, but needs evaluation and treatment if indicated. Also, if you haven't already figured it out, use barrier methods of venereal disease prevention.

LLQ pain : For someone your age, the number one and two causes would be an ovarian cyst or some gastrointestinal (colon) pain.  If you are sexually active, you must consider other things - although "soreness" doesn't sound worrisome.  But ectopic pregnancies, endometriosis, pelvic infections could be on the list.  See your primary do for if this persists. Muscle injuries are possible too if you exercise.

hit top left side of my head 24hrs ago. was sore on the moment but iced it and seemed ok after. today, head feels painful. what should i do/watch for?

i fell onto a hard object on the left side of my lower back two months ago and although much of the pain subsided within one week, i still feel sore sometimes when i lie on my right side with my back slightly bent. will it ever heal completely?

Contusion: Such an injury causes contusion to tissues like muscles and bones. Bone contusions or bruises in particular can cause rather long term discomfort and tenderness. Of course, if significant pain persists, a physician should examine you and an xray may be ordered depending on physical findings.

Need more info: There is a myriad of causes of chest pain starting with simple and benign such as inflammation of the junction between the cartillaginous and the bony portions of the rib called costochondritis to life threatening ones requiring immediate medical attention, usually heart related. I will need more info to help diagnose your condition, though.
