why does my heart/left lung hurt when i breathe out. just a very slight pain 1-10 i would rate it a 1.5 it also happens run in winter it feels like its the cold air but now it hurt without running. also i would sometime force multiple burps out?

It's not your lung: Pain with inspiration, or pleurisy, can be from inflammation of the lining of the lung, not the lung itself, which does not have pain fibers. Other causes can be musculoskeletal, i.e. Outside the chest cavity.

Pleuritic: This kind of discomfort is termed "pleuritic" - which basically mean you may have inflammation in the lining around your lungs.  This can be caused by many different things, the most common being a virus.  Alternatively, you could be having bone or rib discomfort.

The concern here: is possibly having blood clot in the lung if you have family history or smoker or using bcp, etc. It can also be pleurisy which follows an uri. Another possibility is inflammation of the cartiladge between rib and chest bone. Go to an urgent care center or ER to get checked out.

Get seen: Any lung or chest pain can be serious.  People can get a spontaneous collapse of their lung that can cause the symptoms you mention.  You should get checked.

R/O PLEURITIS : PLEURITIS=inflammation of the lining of the lung and Pericarditis = inflammation of the lining of the heart can both cause referred shoulder pain. As well as a PE=Lung blood clot. You need a full exam lab testing CXR/EKG/Shoulder X-ray to evaluate your symptoms . Please seek prompt medical attention for diagnosis and treatment options.
