Be seen: I would probably be seen.  Hitting your hand against the wall is a very common mechanism for a " boxers fracture" of the fifth metacarpal and so, even if you are starting to feel better, I would be seen and probably get an cray of that hand.

If it keeps up get it checked out by a hand surgeon.
