May be hives: This could be urticaria (hives). Try an antihistamine. If this does not work, consult your physician.

Wait it out: This is going to happen with any of these products &amp; the chemical burn you created must heal. Be sure you get all of it off with a moisturizing soap.You could try a mild (1/2% hydrocortisone cream thinly applied once or  twice a day for itching/redness but you mostly have to let it heal.It will behave like a sunburn. Avoid the BP for a few weeks.

Dry skin: Are you talking about the skin IN the nose or on the outside between the nostrils as well as skin on the face? I would recommend trying vaseline or Eucerin Aquaphor for the dry skin.

Histamine release: Go to an allergist. He may find a food or environmental allergy that sets you up for the flushing reaction to those situations.

: See your doctor for an answer specific  to you. The sun rays can give the skin sun burn. Blood goes to the face when bending down and being flushed is common when exercising

: These are conditions which increase Blood Flow to the Face and  are normal. If there are no other symptoms like pain or itching there is no need worry. Meanwhile make sure the Blood Pressure is within the Normal ranges.

See doctor : Need a bit more information about how long you've had the cut etc how it happened.  Best to do this in person with a doctor as depending on the nature of your facial lesion you may need testing done to see why not healing or treatment for infection or wound care

Rosacea: Could be rosacea, allergic reaction to soap, makeup, etc. Probably bedt to see your family doctor for diagnosis.

Allergy: He is allergic to something- a contact dematitis. Check all ingredients in all the wipes you are putting to his face. I suggest just water and a unscented, tissue. That wouldnt expose your baby to any irritants.
