See doctor : Need a bit more information about how long you've had the cut etc how it happened. Best to do this in person with a doctor as depending on the nature of your facial lesion you may need testing done to see why not healing or treatment for infection or wound care

Wound: Would be concerned about scar tissue(granuloma) forming. Suggest you see your physician or general surgeon for evaluation and treatment-could require surgical repair with removal of scar tissue.
