See a specialist: I would suggest you to see a rheumatologist since it can be a number of things, such as fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, etc.  So you need to have a full work up done.  You also have to rule out depression.

why do i feel so bad if i wake up early? i feel miserable like nauseated, body aches, feel like crying and it only happens if i wake up before 8am, no matter if i go to sleep early the night before. what is going on?

: It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. i had 2 teeth pulled a little over a month ago and i wake up with a headache and my body aches all over. is this normal?

: Does your mouth where the teeth were pulled hurt?How long has the headaches and body aches been going on? In any event i would follow up today with  ER. to assess whether you could have developed an infection from the extraction and may have positive blood culture.Alternatively it could be  the flu. But follow up today blood infection from dental work are uncommon but serious.

Sleep issues: It's possible. Those kinds of things can happen to a person with sleep issues who is not contending with bipolar, too. It might be helpful to look at your meds and when you take them to see if they are causing the sleep problems. Also look at your sleep habits ("sleep hygiene"). In some cases, a sleep study is called-for. Check with your doctor about this, especially since sleep is critical in bp!
