Stimulant: Everytime you scratch any itch, you are either 
a-removing the irritant
b- stimulating the blood flow to the area which moves the histamine which is causing the itch.

Cut: I recommend that you have an office visit to have a full evaluation and make sure it’s not an STD, ie. herpes.  Please refrain from intercourse, if sexually active, until you have been evaluated.

This : This could be oral allergy syndrome. You may have difficulty tolerating sulfur. The best way to find out for sure is to be evaluated by an allergist.

There : There may be a few different things going on. The fact that your skin constantly itches may means you are suffering an allergic reaction. The hard part to figure out is what is the cause of this allergy. Medications are often the cause, and one or more of your depression and anxiety meds may be the culprit. It will take some work with your doctor to figure this out. Also are you using any new soaps, lotions, or detergents, etc? These are also common causes of itching and allergic reactions.
In addition there is a phenomenon called dermatographism. It occurs when the skin is scratched or pressed firmly, and results in a wheal or whelp as you stated. About 2-5% of people suffer from this problem, and it may or may not be associated with itching. This can be separate or in additon to an allergy that is causing your symptoms.
Make sure you follow up with your doctor in order to determine if your meds are the cause, and further evaluation into your itching.

why does my scalp itch? i have this once spot behind my ear on my scalp, th!t really itches. i don't scratch it that hard though but i did see a bit of blood on my nail. i wash my hair 3x a week because im trying to grow out my hair because it was damaged

Few possibilities: This can be caused by several issues. Chemical and hair products can cause irritation of the scalp. You can also just have dry scalp, atopic dermatitis(eczema), allergic reaction, and sensitive skin. There are several shamppos that can help with this. The key is to remove the offending agent(s) if they can be identified.

Possible yeast: Some women develop recurrent yeast infections that seem to recur at specific points in their cycle.  You should try treating with over-the-counter yeast medication to self-assess what exactly is going on!

Some ideas: If you shave your body hair, consider using cilppers instead -- sometimes itching is caused by the very short hair tips pushing against your skin surface. Consider also using a shampoo daily with one or more anti-dandruff agents.

Pubic hair: The purpose of pubic hair is unknown but it part of our human evolution. You do not have go shave it especially if it bothers you an itches when you do. If you choose to shave it consider using shaving cream, hot water and a fresh razor. You can also use clippers instead.
