Need work up: probably related to a drop in blood pressure thats sudden. Postural hypotension , vasodepressor syndrome etc. A work up with an echo,cardiac event monitor,some labs and a Tilt table test will be required to determine further.

Keep looking: Your symptoms are important.  I wonder how your doctor checked your heart.  It might need another kind of check.  Consider problems with esophagus and or anxiety.
