why does blister form on my lips? is this due to bad mouth health?

Could be a cold sore: Cold sores cause blisters to form on the edge of the lip.  They can return from time to time in the same place or nearby.  If you haven't had these for years off and on, check with your dentist, and maybe an ear, nose, and throat doctor.  Sometimes toothpaste can cause an allergic reaction, so if the blisters are wide spread, try to change toothpastes.

Baby teething salves: Use this since it numbs the area and also check to see whether or not you have a sharp tooth adjacent to this irritation.  Otherwise expect it to take about 2 weeks to fully heal.

You : You need to see your doctor right away. You may be dealing with a herpes outbreak, or if you took antibiotics for your sinus infection you may be having an adverse reaction from the antibiotics. Also there are other viruses that cause blisters in the mouth.
In the meantime take advil (ibuprofen) or Ibuprofen for the pain, along with a topical pain reliever like orabase.

Very few: Probably there are, but uncommon. If you have typical symptoms  --  red bump that becomes a blister over 1-2 days that then turn pimple-like, then scabs, healing over 1-2 weeks -- then herpes is the only realistic possibility. You can google "herpes", "oral herpes", or "cold sore" to see typical photos. If yours look like that, almost certainly you have herpes. See your doctor if any doubt.

Usually: it is HSV, subtype 1 or 2,  if lesions recurr, can be tested for HSV or other causation.

Blister: This is a result of sucking on his bottle or on you.Totally harmless and wil go away with passage of time.

HFM: Hand foot and mouth, right. The blisters are the 'mouth' part. They're like canker sores, they can open, and bleed, but only a little. They're viral and usually resolve, without treatment, in about a week. Try something for pain. Cool things will sooth your mouth, like pudding and ice cream.

Don't: You can do more harm than good.  This isn't a DIY project.  You may already be dealing with an infection.  Go see someone with training and experience, a Dentist.

Warm compresses: Apply warm compresses to this. If the pain seems out of proportion to the lesion that is visible, there is a chance it is MRSA and it should be seen promptly.
