Absolutely: ANY oral lesion (blister, sore, redness, ulcer, swelling, etc.) that lasts two weeks and doesn't heal by itself MUST be evaluated by a professional. You can see a dentist, a periodontist, an oral surgeon, or an ENT physician. Especially if it's a painful lesion, it should be examined sooner than later. It could be serious, and the longer you wait, the more difficult and costly it may become.

See your dentist: Please don't try to take it off yourself. See your dentist to have it evaluated. In the meantime, using an OTC oral anesthetic can help with your pain.

Blister off?: You will do more damage than good if you do anything like that to it. More importantly see a dentist to find out what it is while you still have it untouched. If you play with it & it remains, it's harder to diagnose. May or may not needtreatment. Could be a burn from food or liquid or something else. Regardless, if it lasts more than two weeks, definitely needs to be examined by professional.
