Blister: This is a result of sucking on his bottle or on you.Totally harmless and wil go away with passage of time.

M.D. visit: I agree that this may be related to feeding and local irritation. There are infections and skin conditions which present during the newborn period, which also cause blisters. If it appears infected, spreads or persists, you should let your pediatrician know.
