Habits: Craving is a phenomenon of habit. It is not biology or physiology. It is a symptom of addiction and is not in any way a message from your body that you really 'need' this for your health. This is addiction. Plain and simple and something to work on changing by stopping the product you crave!

Maybe, ...: "Normal" functional bladder capacity is around 0.25-0.5 L, which may widely vary among individuals and within the same person from day to day along the path of life reflecting what one may consume &amp; the body evolves along aging. So, 0.71 L could be normal for you as an individual as long as being able to empty, voiding comfortably with steady good urine flow, and having normal urinalysis.

Color of Urine: The color of urine is about the byproducts of metabolism and the light that is passing through it when one is urinating. This is not a medical problem.  Greenish looking urine can be normal.

Food allergies: Perhaps you are "reacting" to some of the foods you are eating.  Try the following:  for 1 week, try eliminating, entirely, 3 of the foods you most often eat.  If you are addicted / allergic to any one of those 3 foods, you will probably feel horrid initially but then, once your body gets through its "withdrawal, " you may well feel much better.  It's worth a shot!  good luck!

Sunburn: You get sun burned. Wear sunscreen , use wide brim hat , long sleeve shirt (helps keep your body humid.  Without shirt , or clothing you get dehydrated faster and get headache. ) wear bright color clothes. There is a reason people in the sahara where those kind of clothing (thank good we have a/c).

Not everyone is the.: ...same. U probably have high unnoticeable sweating. Don't let this keep U away from proper hydration. A good way 2 know if U R Under hydrated is 2 watch the color of Ur urine. Someone who is dehydrated will have deeply yellow colored urine. A well hydrated person will have almost clear urine. Insensate water loss is seen in heat, ,low humidity,  &amp; with a wind or breeze.

DRINK: Especially if being treated for a uti. Medicine should be taken on a full stomach, 8-10 glasses of water daily.

Hydration...: Hydration is not only drinking plenty of water.  Actually you don't want to drink plenty of water.  You need the electrolytes you are sweating away while exercising.  Gatorade and the other liquid of similar nature are the best.  Water alone doesn't replace electrolytes...Just the water you lost.
