Yes very serious: You may have TIA ( transient ischemic attacks)  a  warning sign for   impending stroke , you have to see your doctor immediately , or better  go to er & call  , for work up and treatment to prevent a future stroke.

No pain: You should not have any pain during or after cataract surgery.  Some irritation or scratchiness can be normal though.

No worries: Cataract surgery at age 15 is very unusual. This is often due to trauma, metabolic diseases such as diabetes, or hereditary factors. As long as you are seeing well, problems late after cataract surgery are uncommon. However, if your cataract was due to trauma or a metabolic condition, then other issues can arise with time that have no symptoms, such as glaucoma. A full eye exam yearly is prudent.

NO HARM: I hope the cataract surgery went well!  after cataract surgery your eyes are sensitive to bright sunshine so dark sunglasses are recommended for comfort. No harm done going outside for a short period of time.

i am going to operate cataract surgery but my sugar level does not decrease since last 5months ..i used some medicine to normal my sugar level but it doesn't work usually......as i am a bypass surgery patient for this reason i am so much tensed....?

: DIabetic patients who have high sugar need cataracts. So, if clear the patient for the surgery I want their diabetes controlled to help them heal well after the surgery. See your doctor for help, I often delay cataract surgery until the patients blood sugar is under control.

As long as life: I am guessing you had multifocal lenses put in at surgery which allows vision at far and near.  Provided nothing else goes wrong with your eye, this result can last the rest of your life. Your eye is still susceptible to other conditions that can affect vision like macular degeneration which is independent of cataract surgery.  Enjoy your new and exciting vision.

Everybody: Everybody gets cataracts, just like wrinkles on your skin. Just like wrinkles, some people get it earlier than others.   There's also a wide spectrum.  You can have early cataracts and see perfectly for many many years.  Every doctor is different as to "when" to call it a cataract.   And even if you do, treating cataracts is much easier than treating wrinkles (IMHO).   So relax, be happy...

Unfortunately, : Unfortunately, there are no proven medications to reverse cataracts. I have never seen eye drops or medications reverse cataracts.

There are life style modifications that you can do to slow the progression of cataracts, such as proper nutrition, avoid smoking, and control your blood sugar if you have diabetes.

Cataract surgery has risks, but the risks are minimal. Today's methods are advanced and if you pick a good surgeon, your risks will be minimal.

i had posterior uveitis then cataract surgery last year. recently i was diagnosed with grave's disease. is all of this somehow related?

It can be but low: Uveitis can be associated with Thyroid disease but it is ususlly a very low percent around 2%. It is been found mainly in poorly controlled hyper thyroidism. You could be check to see if you have any other autoimmune phenomena that might explain your case. Your physician should be able to help you with this.
