Bleeding disorder?: I would like to get a thorough history: has this been happening for many years or is it recent? The most common cause is taking an anticoagulant, like aspirin, or vitamin e, garlic, Ibuprofen etc. Would also probably get a platelet count.  Usually it's nothing major, but it should get checked out.

I canâ€™t tell you the cause of your symptoms or if you have leukemia  possible symptoms of leukemia can include:  swollen lymph nodes in the armpit, neck, or groin; feeling weak and fatigued; night sweats; fevers; headaches; easy bruisability, headaches;  abdominal swelling, bone or joint pain and decreased appetite with weight loss. Obviously, you already know this because you researched it on life.  Recommend that you see your doctor who will likely order a complete blood count. If that is suspicious your doctor could arrange for aspiration of bone marrow with a biopsy.

Bruising: Bruising easily, even without trauma, could signify a medical problem that needs attention.  Deficiency of vitamin k (found in dark green, leafy vegetables) also can cause you to bruise easily. A vitamin c deficiency could also be to blame.  Also drug side effects could also cause it. Clotting problems: Bruising occurs when fragile capillaries in the skin are damaged, allowing blood to leak from them.  Normally, cells called platelets are stimulated to clot and minimize this leakage, by a number of complex mechanisms.  Any problem with this process can be responsible for excessive bruising.
