There are lots of: Potential causes. On thought that comes to mind is to make sure you don't have diabetes. People with diabetes can have what is called neuropathy from deposition of the sugar onto the nerves and its resultant damage. Best to get a full physical exam and routine labs with your internist. Need more info: Are you diabetic?  Have you been checked for diabetes.?  Is the hurt a burning, tingling, numbness or sensitivity?  Are your hands and feet swollen?  I would say see your doctor for further evaluation.

Bloodwork & Exam: Joint pain that is bilateral and symmetrical is generally a sign of a systemic problem. It could be something like rheumatoid arthritis or another auto- immune disease. Are you post menopausal. Have you had a bone density test ?

Hands that hurt: There are many possible reasons why your hand hurt particularly if you have had trauma in the area. If it is red or a rash then it could be hand dermatitis , psoriasi or eczema. You should see a different  specialist depending on the history.

my feet hurt tremendously on the lateral sides. (mostly the right foot) my pinky toes turn out, can this be the cause? the pain is terrible.

I am not sure what: is meant by pinky toes turn out. Pinky toes can have an adductovarus rotation where the nail portion actually faces in not out. The middle portion of the toe bows out. This can be repaired with a hammertoe procedure known as an arthroplasty where a piece of bone is shaved or cut out.

Rest: Make certain ur shoes are sized appropriately... Tight shoes can squeeze the little toes and irritate the nerves. The numbness should go away...

Foot leg pain: low blood potassium? If you are difficult to get blood from may give you a falsely normal K due to hemolysis.

It would be helpful: If you state specifically where they hurt. The swelling part is a bit of a concern as swelling in the morning is not as common as swelling say in the evening. If you were laying down for most of the night then usually swelling is limited in the morning. 
So does it feel swollen or is it actually swollen? Common morning type foot pain conditions include plantar fascitiis..
