Be observant: Twitches of muscle occur with magnesium deficiency.  Magnesium can be lost with exposure to loud sounds and also with use of stimulants like coffee.  Chronic stress coming from back pain could also increase magnesium losses. Topical magnesium oil can be applied on the skin in painful areas to see if magnesium deficiency in the  underlying muscle is causing the tightness or pain.

Prob.costochondritis: You likely strained or bruised the joints between your breastbone (sternum) and ribs. This can be annoying but is not serious. You can try some ibuprofen if it hurts a lot and can also take the homeopathic remedy Arnica 12c or 12x and/or apply a topical Arnica ointment. If this is not a lot better in a few days then see a doctor. And be a bit more careful next time...

Varies: There are multiple potential causes, but extreme chest pain needs to be urgently evaluated to rule out a cardiac cause as those can potentially be life threatening.  Other causes can include gi causes like esophageal spasm, reflux, etc.  again, it would be wise to be evaluated.
