why do i smell like feces, garbage, sewer, rotten eggs, fish? im very clean and i dont always do #2 . not on no antibiotics just vitamins

There are several possibilities and, several of them are inherited conditions. Alternatively diet can influence odor somewhat (not generally a lot, though, but lowring meat, garlic, and spice intake might change things). Do others notice the odor? a lot of nasal/sinus or even brain issues can make one perceive odors that are not there.

Accepted Answer

It could just be: In your mind. Real smell or taste of feces would be a very rare condition of severe intestinal obstruction in which the feces would back up or reflux to the small intestine, stomach & esophagus. Or perhaps acid reflux may contribute to your symptom. Take care!

Diet and BeanO: One cause for bad odors in your eliminations can be your diet - the foods you eat combine with the intestinal organisms (bacteria) to create bad odors. 

Probiotics can help regulate or recolonize  your intestinal tract with "healthy bacteria". Another trick is to take alpha-galactosidase pills (for example,  "beano"), which reduce the the amount and odor of gas that you pass.

Maybe not GI problem: Occasional incontinence of stool with fecal leakage is common, but loss of bowel control particularly without warning may signal a significant infection, inflammatory problem, maldigestive concern, or neurologic disorder.  Sometimes, particularly in youths, the condition is behavioral.  However, you describe an altered body odor similar to stool--have you checked with dermatology, neurology, etc.

Hmmm.: It is quite a jump from smelling like feces to wondering whether or not you have issues with being able to hold your feces.  Proctologists are quite well trained and i suspect that if he says you are normal you are at least not very abnormal and this is not likely the cause of your  problem.  Have you considered a different organ?  Maybe this is your nose / sinus or brain?

He needs to find out: I'm going to assume that he practices decent oral hygiene with flossing, including his tongue. He may have a Zenker's diverticulum, a bean or something trapped in his nasopharynx, or some other food trap near his airway. He needs to get seen if he's going to survive socially and professionally.

Could be diet: Your diet can play a major part in the way your feces smells. Would not worry about it unless you are having abdominal pains or diarrhea with blood or fevers. Maybe try a nice air freshener...
