Hmmm.: It is quite a jump from smelling like feces to wondering whether or not you have issues with being able to hold your feces. Proctologists are quite well trained and i suspect that if he says you are normal you are at least not very abnormal and this is not likely the cause of your problem. Have you considered a different organ? Maybe this is your nose / sinus or brain?
