Herpes: If you have been diagnosed with herpes then there is a good chance you will get recurrent lesions. There are antiviral medications that you can take to suppress the number of episodes.

Laser: We use dental lasers in my office to treat apthous ulcers (canker sore).  We have been finding that they never reoccur in the same spot again after laser treatment.  Find a dentist with a laser.

Could be: Cold sores don't always show up on the lip or inside the mouth. They can form inside the nose as well. Generally, they will be rather painful when they show.

Cold sore: Although there is no cure for canker sores and they often recur, you may be able to reduce their frequency by:
1.	Avoiding foods that irritate your mouth, including citrus fruits and acidic vegetables and spicy foods
2.	Avoiding irritation from gum chewing
3.	Brushing with a soft-bristled brush after meals and flossing daily, which will keep your mouth free of foods that might trigger a sore.

Viral throat infecti:  Here’s the deal: you should see an ear nose and throat doctor and ask them to do cultures of the blisters when they occur; that way you will know more reliably how to treat this. If herpes is present, it is often quite possible to give you the medicine necessary to kill this virus clinically, and that would be the prerogative of either your dermatologist or your your nose and throat doctor.

Yes: Sure. Never touch the stuff again. Meth is not necessary for life. Meth is not required for anything. Be strong enough to never associate with people who use it or sell it (means staying away from certain people, permanently). The nose will heal up the best it can. If there are residual nasal problems, one's primary care doctor or ENT specialist can evaluate.

Nasal Vestibulitis: Crusting in nostrils where nasal hairs are located is common and can be treated with topical antibiotic ointment. Blowing your nose a lot with tissue papers can  cause direct irritation to skin and is not recommended. See an ENT doctor!

Herpes Simplex: See your doctor for a prescription med.  Herpes simplex 1 or hsv 1also known as oral herpes. It is different from genital herpes which is hsv 2 . . Medication can decrease the pain related to an outbreak and can shorten healing time. They can also decrease the total number of outbreaks. Drugs including famvir, zovirax, and Valtrex (valacyclovir) are among the drugs used to treat the symptoms of herpes.

Autoantibodies: Autoimmune diseases like lupus result in autoantibodies that attack your own body in error rather than bacterial or viral pathogens which are supposed to be targeted.This form of attack will manifest itself as sores in mucosal tissues including the nose and mouth.The exact mechanism may be an attack on the mechanism that holds the skin to underlying tissues allowing it to peel away creating sores.
