no matter what i eat or how much i eat i get nauseated. i had gastric bypass surgery 18 months ago. what could be causing my nausea?

Gallstones or ulcer: Nausea after gastric bypass is not normal.  Most common is small stones or sludge in gallbladder.  Also consider ulcer (must avoid aspirins and tobacco).  Less common might include bowel obstruction, medication-related, and constipation.  Of course, you will need to see your doctor about this.  Good luck.

i have spondolythesis on l5 s1 i turned down surgery 2 get healthy.  i've  sciatica, but have now noticed i get dizzy, nauseas & my balance isn't good?

Spondylolisthesis: Spondylo ("spine") listhesis ("slippage") is a condition that causes the vertebrae to become malaligned. The fact that you have sciatica implies that the nerves near the segment (e.g., L5 and s1 nerve roots) are being impinged and/or irritated. Typically, sciatica can be addressed with pt, meds, and injections. The other symptoms you mentioned (nausea, dizziness, etc) are likely unrelated.

can i get a headache and nausea with large ovarian cysts that require surgery. one has possibly ruptured.

Partially: A ruptured ovarian cyst may cause lower abdominal discomfort and nausea,but headache would be an indirect symptom. I recommend that you contact your gynecologist for advice about your current symptoms.

i have a lot post surgery pain. what is a good pain medication for that? i get hives with  cipro, sulfa and tylenol (acetaminophen) #3 gives me severe nausea'

There are: There are alternatives but you will need a rx for them. Check with the surgeon for the rx and to make sure that there is nothing else wrong.

Accurate diagnosis: Unless you have a very long root w a very large lesion at the apex, I am skeptical this is causing your problems.
I would recommend a second opinion by an endodontist.
Also, is the tooth sensitive when biting? And do you have swelling and/ or palpation tenderness at the apex? If yes to these, then an apico  or retreat is in order!

Yes: A tattoo five months before your elective procedure is not contraindicated. There should be no problem with proceeding, if you so choose.

Not necessarily: Hopefully you can lower your hgba1c with proper diet, regular exercise and medications.   That being said, weight loss surgery is very effective at correcting out of control diabetes.  In fact, bariatric surgery is being used effectively in normal weight diabetics these days.

Nicotine/Cotinine: For most people, once you quit smoking, nicotine can still be detected in the bloodstream for between one and three days; however, it can still be present for up to 10 days in some people. Cotinine, nicotine's main breakdown product, can usually be detected in your body for up to three months after ingestion.
