Difficult to say: Hard to know what you mean by neck cramps. You could have an electrolyte imbalance due to medications, dehydration, or illness, but it could be spasms due to many other factors.  Cramping in the neck, in my opinion, is not a frequent ocurrence and would lead me to recommending you be seen and evaluatied.  Wry neck or torticollis or a "crick" in the neck is common and treated conservatively.

Hmmm...: First order of business is to go see your primary care doctor and get checked up; your symptoms can be from a myriad of different causes and should be further evaluated.  Massage therapy; a hot shower, or an anti-inflammatory may be appropriate depending upon the etiology of your symptoms...Which is why pinpointing the cause is so important.  Hope you feel better.

initially had a fever,nausea & stomach cramps.now have a persistent dry cough, headac and sore throat.my 3&5 year olds also have dry coughs.5yo complaining about sore neck and wrists.3yo says its sore under her feet.we need to get tested.please help?

Home: Please stay home, drink fluids, rest and monitor your temperature. Avoid sharing linens, utensils and avoid contact with others. A virtual appt with your physician or HT may be scheduled. Testing may include screening for influenza and Coronavirus. For your children, provide fluids, good nutrition, monitor temperature and treat soreness with Motrin,once you know their temperature.

May be ok but still: Leg cramps can be benign or a sign of iron deficiency, magnesium/potassium deficiency.  The continued soreness during the day and the neck and shoulder pain suggest that there might be a rheumatologic problem underlying this.  Get checked out for disease such as OA, PMR, RA by your doc

dr said i have cervical spondylosis i have lots of pain on my shoulders arms and i get cramps when i move my hands and neck  i get dizziness at times?

Very general: Spondylosis is a very general diagnosis and at your age would not be that significant.  If your pain is traveling down one or both arms and there is weakness, the next step is a MRI scan.  Most neck pain will resolve in time and with conservative care.  If you have had the problem for more than a few months and it is not improving then you need to see a specialist for a more specific diagnosis.

PMS: There are several options for treating PMS. Different birth control methods can be prescribed in different ways to alleviate the symptoms. Low dose antidepressants have also been shown to be effective. See an Obgyn to discuss options.

i have been diagnosed with perpheral polyneuropathy, as well as over active thyroid, with positive for lupus.i seem to get cramps in my feet, ect.painful?

Confusing: Not sure of your question.  From your description, your peripheral neuropathy is likely the culprit for your pain and cramps in your feet, and i cannot exclude superimposed tarsal tunnel syndrome.  However, nerve pathology is likely the cause of your symptoms.  Other than baclofen, you are not taking the usual nerve pain suppressant meds, and I am unclear re the cause of your nerve problem.

when i yawn, cough, or open my mouth i get a cramp on the right side of my throat. what could this be?

Possibly muscular: Given that this happens when you open your mouth or put pressure on your throat, such as a cough, I suspect that you may have a strained muscle in your throat. You could try ibuprofen or acetominophen for the discomfort. as well as ice or heat for 15 minutes a time to reduce inflammation of the muscle. If it is not improving in 1-2 weeks, I suggest a visit to your doctor.
